Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Constantine Property Media does not store complete payment card information on its systems.

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Delivered galleries generally remain available for 30 days after delivery. Constantine Property Media does not guarantee long-term archival storage of delivered media. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files before gallery expiration.

Original files and business records may be retained separately for operational, legal, archival, or recordkeeping purposes.

8. Property Imagery

Our services involve creating photographs, videos, drone imagery, floor plans, virtual tours, and related media depicting properties and surrounding areas.

Ownership, licensing, and permitted uses of delivered media are governed by our Terms and Conditions.

Media created during a project may be displayed in Constantine Property Media's portfolio, website, social media accounts, advertising materials, promotional materials, or other marketing channels as permitted by our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you have concerns regarding specific imagery, please notify us before the scheduled shoot.

9. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or processing is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
